  I traveled to Red Deer from Lethbridge to purchase a used vehicle that I located online. The vehicle was as described and had been properly detailed and serviced. I dealt with Gary McCallum. Both he and the sales manager, Darren Easy, were straight forward and good to deal with.

  Do not deserve your business!!!!! Absolutely disappointed with the unethical practices of the salesman and manager. The 2016 Acura RLX dealer model with 15,000 kms going for $49,900 has hail damage and this was not divulged to us by the salesman. My wife noticed the hail damage when we did a walk around after the vehicle was cleaned and prior to signing the purchase agreement. This was yesterday March 9th and the vehicle is still for sale on the internet as a beautiful immaculate vehicle. The salesman brought his manager over who apologized and acknowledged the hail damage. I let the manager and salesman know that this unethical behavior is what gives car salesman their bad name. We left and will NOT ever buy from Acura of Red Deer. And to think we were going to look to them for cars for our twins next year. We're headed to an Edmonton Acura dealership this morning to buy and we'll be sure to be on our toes. March 15th response to mgmt comments: Your comments are misleading. Your salesman offered to fix some of the hail dents AFTER we noticed the damage, but did not divulge the damage in the first place and sold it as an immaculate vehicle. Of course we declined the repairs because we declined dealing with your dealership at all.
