  I have only gotten my phone from this store due to one employee. He is intelligent and is always eager to help you with the best phone and plan. The store is inviting on the inside and the guy I always deal with, like I said, is great. So to all the people with one sentence reviews that are very general. Don't listen to them. Go into the store eager because they will always help.

  This store has absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Lisa, I believe the store manager is rude and unprofessional. We have a business plan for our business and absolutely love Bell Canada, however we will never deal with this store again. They are inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing.
