  I have lots of good things to say about Ko-Hen, good products, good value, good availability, but that's not as helpful as a constructive criticism or two; When I walk in, I'm often greeted with "instant attitude." What I mean is the customer service rep is often in some sort of a mood, where they always seem to have an issue with the way you ask for something, as though you're doing it wrong. The worst thing is when they instantly tell you they "don't have it," but when you press them a little, they invariably have something that will work for you. I think the owners owe it to themselves to investigate this behavior, and perhaps they will realize how much business they are throwing away every day, by having salespeople who have a less than positive attitude towards the customer.
