  I was pretty clear that if my microwave couldn't be fixed, I wanted to pay for the service call and I would buy another microwave instead. What I got was a bill for the service call and an hour "labor", for the guy to stand at my counter for what felt like ever and nothing ever happened. Never really found out what the issue was or got a clear cut answer on whether or not it was fixable. He did tell me it would "probably" cost 200.00 to fix it...even thought it cost 157.00 to do absolutely nothing to it. Very disappointing to say the least. This man didn't seem to know what he was looking at and my husband had to do all the heavy lifting for him. Do not recommend for any kind of appliance repair...the speed he moves alone will cost you a fortune :(

  Absolutely terrible. He will charge you "surprise" fees at the end that you weren't aware of. He didnt fix anything. He also charges extra "service"fees at the end that were not explained before the service. Take your money elsewhere.
