  Me and the fiance have been with Rogers for awhile now. we started and decided to go for the share everything plan. Great idea. I was paying 134 a month so was she. we decided to do it. well it was so well and dandy. then we started having problems with the phone and plans. we came back to this store every time. Will the service started out good. but well guess what. all the stuff there actually started to become more and more distant did not want to help us. they became rude and disrespectful. my biggest dealing with them and and I will never walk foot in the parkland store again. we call Rogers from *611 and we got a hold of a manager about the problem we where having with a phone that was not even 3 days old. and we where at the store yesterday. they said there is nothing wrong with the phone. well this manager called the store and told us to go in and just return it. well we get there and well what can I say. they said it can't be done. the staff ended up calling Rogers and they seem the notes and they where not happy with what they got told so they called there own manager that was not even at work. well get this. yes I started getting a little mad in the store and one one the stuff said keep it cool there is other people in the store. I said I don't really care they can hear this. how this store does not help the custermer out. they treat the custermer as if they are not right. well I was getting mad. the manager of the store that was not even on shift or even at the store. she was on speaker phone and she told us to pretty much to leave the store. when I notice that my fiance left. I turned around to leave and well there was 2 security guards there ready to help me leave the store. I am sorry that is not a way to handle a bussness I was so apoulded. I will never step foot in that store. I have even stopped my friends from going there. I have sent them to the bower mall store and that's where I have been going too
