  Bought a product that unfortunately didn't work from day 1. After pulling my hair out trying to deal with the manufacturer for weeks, Cathy from staples was able to help me instantly. Wish I would have called earlier.

  I run a small business and had been using this Staples location almost exclusively for my mass print jobs (600-700 pages, double sided at times). I had experienced some bad service lately in that they had only double sided some of these print-outs but not all. I didn't notice this and unfortunately delivered these to clients. After receiving numerous complaints about the issue from my clientele I spoke with the General Manager Nick, who quickly and clearly explained what caused the issue was and how to eliminate it again in the future, as well as issued a full refund on the incorrectly done print job. Through this situation I would recommend that no one use the online print ordering available through their website as it always seems to be incorrect (One time I ordered 134 copies and received 1 at the store before making them re-print it), however if you go in to the store they will likely get it done quickly and correctly, although at a higher cost. If it were possible I would also write a second 5-star review for the younger print girl with long brown hair (I apologize, I don't remember your name) as she is the only employee working there who has never messed up one of my orders and is always extremely polite and recognized me after only seeing me three times in two months. In conclusion, although I will still be switching all of my printing needs to a different company Nick the General Manager has made this a 2-star review instead of a 1-star
