    he thing most offensive in this store is the way staff are forced to perform under draconian rules to accomplish the goals of management and business. There's nothing left to the employee but the onerous task of balancing the cash register each day. It actually quite terrible and irresponsible for management to demand so much from employees in lieu of proper management. This is poor management at best, and non-management at worst. Either way it serves as an excuse to abuse employees for corporate gain. Truly disgusting in this age. I've been shopping here for close to 40 years and the variety of selection is always unrivaled. However, something else hasn't changed either; with so much variety you need to ask for help, but you are almost invariably told: "We don't have it." Most of the time, I am eventually able to find it by looking myself. Frustrating to say the least.

    Had an account set up to make purchases by using a P.O. through my head office in Montreal. Sent my employee with a P.O. to purchase brooms and garbage cans and was questioned by the Team Lead at PA stating that this maybe a fraud. My employee called me asking if I could straighten things out and when I spoke with the TL I said give me 10 mins and I would call my head office have them call them directly. I texted my employee to find out that he was asked to leave the store. I proceeded to make the appropriate calls to my HO and also the head office of PA stating that I was completely shocked that this was their level of customer service. Needless to say things were sorted out but my employee who was completely embarrassed to return to the store to finalize the purchase the Team Lead proceeded to mock him saying “oh you were one that made the complaint” making sure everyone around her heard the statement. I have never posted a post online with such disgust being in the customer service industry for the past 25 years. PA how does this individual even get promoted to a TL position without receiving the appropriate training? Your a large reputable company but today it made me think twice if I want to even deal with this store locally. Please invest in some additional Customer Service training or promote accordingly. Leave people like these to stock shelves instead of dealing with the public. Shocked and disgusted!!!
